Some covered spots exist in the city, but only if chosen in advance, so we recommend selecting a Plan B during the planning process. Our vendors remain flexible, and we guide you through weather-smart decisions to keep the experience smooth.

A dedicated on-the-day coordinator stays with you from start to finish, managing timing and logistics. Your photographer, celebrant, and any additional vendors you selected join according to your chosen services.

Most couples book 6–12 months in advance, especially for spring and summer dates. Short-notice bookings may still be possible depending on availability.

A deposit secures your date, and the remaining balance is divided into clear installments outlined at booking. The payment process is straightforward and transparent.

Your gallery is delivered within 6 months, although many couples receive their content earlier. Typically, photos arrive in 2–3 months and videos in 4–6 months. An express delivery upgrade may be available depending on the vendor.

The Custom-Made Package includes a symbolic ceremony, 4 hours of photography, a bouquet and boutonnière, full itinerary and timeline design, vendor coordination, and on-the-day management. You also receive ongoing communication throughout planning and can personalize your experience with optional services.

Yes, micro weddings are welcome. We help you select locations and timing that work smoothly with a small group. A guest coordination fee applies to cover logistics and management.

If a world event prevents you from reaching your destination, such as an armed conflict, a government travel advisory, or a major disruption to commercial flights, we will help you reschedule your elopement to a new date. We will not charge our usual date change administration fee in these circumstances.

Vendor payments already made are subject to each vendor’s own policy, and we will do everything we can to protect your investment on that side. The sooner you let us know, the more we can do.
