As compensation for the Wedding Planner the Client agrees to pay the price of the Standard Elopement Package and the requested Extra Services. A non-refundable booking deposit is to be paid upon execution of this Agreement, at which point the Wedding Planner will commence planning services.
The remaining balance should be paid to the Wedding Planner in one or two installments before the event date, according to the agreed payment plan.
The booking deposit starts from €1500, however it could be higher based on several factors: popularity of the destination, proximity in time and/or availability of vendors in the destination of choice, and booking deposits for private venues.
The Wedding Planner constructs and arranges a payment plan in order to secure vendors and services for the Client’s elopement.
If the Client fails to make the payments as specified and when requested, the Wedding Planner shall have the right to immediately terminate the Agreement without further obligation to refund money, including the non-refundable booking deposit or to perform services at the Event.
Once the due date of an installment passes, that portion of the payment becomes non-refundable. Essentially, this means all payments are non-refundable once they are paid.
Further payments may be necessary to cover any deposits paid to venues and vendors.
In the unlikely event that the Wedding Planner is unable to perform the Event for unforeseen circumstances (e.g. hospitalization, road traffic incident, flight delays and travel disruptions beyond the Wedding Planner’s control, transportation breakdown, etc.), the Wedding Planner will make reasonable attempts to provide an alternative solution at no additional cost to the Client.
In the event that the Wedding Planner must cancel this Agreement due to unforeseen circumstances, the Client shall be refunded the full fees, including the deposit, paid for the Services.
If the Wedding Planner cannot plan the Event after the initial payment is made, the deposit and any other payment made until that date will be refunded to the Client.
If travel to your destination becomes impossible due to circumstances outside your control – an active armed conflict, a government travel advisory, or a sustained grounding of commercial flights – our Book with Confidence policy applies. We will not charge our date change administration fee, and we will work with you to find a new date.
All payments must be made using the information and preferred payment method communicated to you by your Wedding Planner.
Please note that we recommend using international wire transfer via Wise. Wise offers the best exchange rates and low commissions, ensuring that you receive the most value for your international payment.
We believe love shines brightest when you can be entirely yourself, free from expectations and surrounded by only what truly matters.
