  • You reserve your date with a deposit, followed by a structured instalment plan. All payment details are provided clearly at booking.

  • The maximum delivery timeframe for your photo and video gallery is 6 months, though most galleries are delivered earlier than that. Many vendors also provide an express option if you need a quicker turnaround. As a reference, photos usually arrive within 2–3 months, and videos within 4–6 months.

You also receive unlimited communication throughout the planning process. Extra services can be added according to your needs.

  • Our elopements are designed for the couple, but we can also coordinate a micro wedding for you. We help you choose accessible locations and a flow that works well for a small group. Guests are charged an additional fee for management and coordination.

  • Yes. You can add hair and makeup, videography, private transportation, additional florals, or extra experiences depending on the season. We connect you with trusted local vendors.

  • Yes. We can recommend private venues when available, though many Dolomites elopements take place in outdoor locations. We guide you through suitable options based on logistics and scenery.
